Really informative and interesting museum in a beautiful, historic building with lovely gardens leading out to the peaceful Iveagh Gardens. The Joyce exhibits were excellent and a pleasure to see the 1st edition of Ulysses.

Real gem of a museum in the heart of Dublin city. I ... two very interesting guided tours, wandered around the rooms and exhibitions, chatted with the extremely friendly staff and grabbed some food at the marvellous cafeteria.

Went in for the historic house tour. The buildings are truly a work of art and the attention to detail in the decor and architecture is a marvel. The history of the house is quite intriguing as well.

Literature definitely isn’t my strong suit. However MoLI really makes literature fun and interesting. The staff really look after their environment and it makes me feel proud and want to be a part of what they’ve built over the years!

We spent several hours here and with the downstairs cafe, you could easily spend all day. Everything was immensely detailed. The staff was very nice and the experience was wonderful overall.

An amazing museum – the highlight of our trip to Dublin. We came back a second time for the Sunday tours of the old house and it was well worth it. A pilgrimage any literature lover should make!

Everybody has a story to tell and we are a museum for everybody. At MoLI, we are committed to inspiring and nurturing creativity for people of all ages and backgrounds.
